- Enrollment and Payment: Enrollment in the online course (the “Course”) is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. To enroll, students must complete the registration process and submit full payment of the course fee. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal or other forms as specified by the provider.
- Course Materials: All course materials, including any online resources, will be made available to enrolled students through the Course website or any other platform provided by the provider. Students are responsible for obtaining any necessary equipment or software required for the Course, such as a reliable internet connection and a compatible device.
- Attendance and Participation: Regular attendance and participation in the Course is expected. Students are required to participate in all course activities, including but not limited to, online discussions, quizzes, assignments, and exams. Students who miss more than 20% of the Course, without a valid reason, may be asked to withdraw.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given only under the following circumstances:
- If the Course is cancelled by the provider, students will be offered a full refund.
- If the student withdraws from the Course at least 14 days before the start date of the course, a full refund will be given, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
- No refunds will be given for withdrawals less than 14 days before the start of the Course or for students who have completed more than 20% of the course.
- Disclaimer: The provider reserves the right to change course content, location, and instructor as necessary. The provider also reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrollment. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students as soon as possible.

Students are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without the express written consent of the provider.
- Liability: The provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the student’s participation in the Course, including but not limited to damages arising from the student’s use of course materials. The provider is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by the students while accessing the Course materials.
- Data Protection: The provider will collect, use and store the student’s personal data in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy. This includes any personal information provided during the registration process, such as name, contact details, and payment information.
