- If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course and have not accessed more than 50% of the course content, we will issue a full refund.
- If you request a refund after 7 days of purchasing the course or have accessed more than 50% of the course content, we will not issue a refund.
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If the course is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or provide a solution to access the course content.
- Refund requests must be made in written format by email or by the contact form provided on our website.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for other reasons, such as a change of mind, or lack of time to complete the course.
